Maatschappelijke diensttijd (MDT) is een programma van het ministerie van OCW, in samenwerking met jongeren, maatschappelijke organisaties, scholen, gemeenten en andere ministeries. Tijdens dit programma kiezen jongeren – tussen de 12 en 30 jaar oud - ervoor hun talenten te ontwikkelen, nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten en tegelijkertijd iets te doen voor een ander en/of de samenleving. Op deze manier wordt de betrokkenheid van jongeren bij de samenleving vergroot. De aard van de opdracht betreft alle aspecten van datahandling die nodig zijn voor het uitvoeren van het doorlopende monitoringsonderzoek. Het doel van de opdracht is om gegevens te verzamelen over jongeren en projecten die meedoen aan Maatschappelijke Diensttijd (MDT). Naast de dataverzameling dient de data ook beheerd en ontsloten, gemonitord en beheerd te worden, via meerdere tools/bestanden/dashboards/ databases. De verzamelde gegevens worden gebruikt om inzicht te krijgen in de effecten en de impact van MDT. Maximaal €3.263.000,- excl. btw voor een opdracht met een looptijd van 2 jaar en de optie om 2x met 1 jaar te verlengen.
