Laundry service for Kenessey Albert Hospital

The Ordering Party, in order to fulfill its supply obligation towards central state administration bodies and law enforcement agencies, regarding the order of transfer and acceptance of products and services and their remuneration, as defined by Government Decree 44/2011 (III.23.), has concluded a Framework Agreement titled "Laundry Service - Framework Agreement BVOP_2" (hereinafter: KM). The Ordering Party has a supply obligation for laundry services for 91 healthcare institutions. As the second part of the framework agreement procedure, a written consultation will be conducted according to Section 105 (1) (b) of the Public Procurement Act, based on the needs submitted by the healthcare institutions, for the provision of laundry services. Laundry service for Balassagyarmat Dr. Kenessey Albert Hospital – Outpatient Clinic (Beneficiary). The Ordering Party is conducting this written consultation based on the supply agreement concluded with Balassagyarmat Dr. Kenessey Albert Hospital – Outpatient Clinic. The contract to be concluded will be between the Ordering Party (as Customer), the Beneficiary, and the Contractor. The full name of the procedure is: "Laundry service for Balassagyarmat Dr. Kenessey Albert Hospital – Outpatient Clinic". Planned quantities: a) Laundry service for flat linen: 324,000 kg/24 months b) Laundry service for clothing: 33,600 kg/24 months c) Laundry service for other textiles: 16,800 kg/24 months The given quantities are for information purposes only and may change depending on patient care and financing. Settlement (invoicing) will be based on the quantity of laundry service actually ordered/received during the contract period, based on the unit prices submitted by the winning bidder, up to the available framework amount. The framework amount of the contract to be concluded is: net HUF 248,371,200. The Ordering Party states that the Beneficiary undertakes to utilize 70% of the framework amount. Settlement will be based on the quantity of laundry service actually ordered/received during the contract period, based on the unit prices submitted by the winning bidder, up to the available framework amount.
