Laundry service for Nyírő Gy. OPAI

The Contracting Authority, in order to fulfill the supply obligation of the Central Supply Body within the scope of the Government Decree 44/2011 (III.23.) concerning certain supply obligations towards central state administration bodies and law enforcement agencies, and the procedure for the transfer and acceptance of products and services and their consideration, has concluded a Framework Agreement for "Laundry Service - Framework Agreement BVOP_2" (hereinafter: FA). The Contracting Authority has a supply obligation regarding laundry services for 91 healthcare institutions. As the second part of the framework agreement procedure, a written consultation will be conducted according to § 105 (1) b) of the Public Procurement Act based on the demands submitted by the healthcare institutions, in order to provide laundry services. The framework amount of the contract to be concluded is: net HUF 121,917,480. The Contracting Authority states that the Beneficiary undertakes to draw down 70% of the framework amount. Planned quantities: a) Laundry service for flat linen: 147,000 / kg / 12 months b) Laundry service for clothing: 20,040 / kg / 12 months c) Laundry service for other textiles: 11,100 / kg / 12 months Settlement will be based on the actual quantity of laundry services ordered/accepted during the contract period, based on the unit prices submitted by the winning tenderer in their offer, up to the available framework amount.
