Reception and return center Märsta

This contract concerns the provision of border reception and return centers for persons whom the Swedish Migration Agency assesses are entitled to accommodation. The center shall be designed in a way that allows for flexibility in use, as individual needs may change at short notice. The center shall therefore be usable regardless of the individual's current process status and be adaptable based on the needs of the operation. The length of stay varies between individuals and cannot be determined in advance. The contract includes a comprehensive service that shall meet all basic needs associated with accommodation. This includes access to furnished accommodation rooms, information services, meal service including food, sanitary facilities, hygiene products, laundry facilities, as well as areas for play, study, and activities, both indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, common areas, necessary staffing, and workspaces for the Swedish Migration Agency's personnel shall be included. Access to the internet shall be ensured. All parts shall meet the requirements and specifications set out in the contract. Modular solutions may be erected as part of the center, for example, to meet the need for common areas or other complementary functions, provided that these meet applicable requirements according to the agreement and current regulations. The supplier shall have the ability and resources to deliver according to the contract from the start of the agreement. The Swedish Migration Agency does not guarantee any purchase volumes or purchase values in this contract. At the start and during the term of the agreement, joint meetings will be held between the Swedish Migration Agency and the Supplier. The purpose of the meetings is for both parties to discuss issues related to the contract and contribute to good business relationships.
