Reception and return center region South

This contract concerns the provision of a reception and return center for persons whom the Swedish Migration Agency assesses are entitled to accommodation. The center shall be designed in such a way that it allows for flexibility in use, as individual needs may change at short notice. The center shall therefore be usable independently of the individual's current process status and be adaptable based on the needs of the operation. The length of stay varies between individuals and cannot be determined in advance. The contract includes a comprehensive service that shall meet all basic needs associated with accommodation. This includes access to furnished accommodation rooms, information services, meal service including food, hygiene facilities, hygiene products, laundry facilities, and areas for play, study, and activities, both indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, spaces for social interaction, necessary staffing, and workspaces for the Swedish Migration Agency's staff shall be included. Access to the internet shall be ensured. All parts shall meet the requirements and specifications set out in the contract. Modular solutions may be erected as part of the center, for example, to meet the need for common areas or other complementary functions, provided that these meet the applicable requirements according to the agreement and current regulations. At the start-up and during the contract period, joint meetings will be held between the Swedish Migration Agency and the Supplier. The purpose of the meetings is for both parties to engage in dialogue regarding issues related to the contract and to contribute to good business relationships. The Supplier shall have the ability and resources to deliver according to the contract from the start of the agreement. The Swedish Migration Agency does not guarantee any purchase volumes or purchase values in this contract.
