Die BSA des Seelisbergtunnels weist infolge von Unterhalts- und Teilersatzmassnahmen ein unterschiedliches Alter auf. Aufgeteilt auf Etappen sowie in verschiedene Lose, gilt es die BSA nun auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik zu bringen Das vorliegende Los 1.1 deckt die schrittweise Ablösung der Energieversorgung unter laufendem Betrieb (Parallelbetrieb) ab, sowie die Lieferung und Installation von ca. : 27 Transformatoren 18 Frequenzumrichter (Lüftung) 10 Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen Steuerung AS, LS / Überwachung EV NS-Installation Schutterstollen (UW-Beckenried und der neue Zugang zur Lüftungszentrale Rütenen sowie der Rückbau und die Entsorgung der alten Komponenten der Energieversorgung.
