Les Transports publics de la région lausannoise se sont dotés depuis plusieurs années d’un système de communication sécurisé permettant d’assurer les communications sur le réseau. Des équipements d’infrastructure ont été déployés sur toute la région et doivent faire l’objet d'une maintenance et d’un suivi régulier de l’état en conditions opérationnelles. Le présent appel d’offres porte notamment sur des prestations de gestion de la maintenance et du maintien en conditions opérationnelles du réseau de communication TETRA et de tous ses sous‑systèmes. Ces prestations doivent en particulier permettre la continuité du service radio pour l’ensemble des transports incluant le réseau des bus, les lignes BHNS, les lignes de métro M1 et M2, le tramway et le LEB.
