Description

L’adjudicateur exploite plusieurs lignes de trolleybus avec une infrastructure de lignes de contact (LAC) dans l’agglomération lausannoise et effectue divers travaux de construction et de transformation de ces lignes. Cet appel d’offres porte sur l’acquisition de mâts destinés à la LAC pour les différents projets de construction et/ou transformation de ces lignes (environ 1'000 mâts sur un horizon de 5 ans). Le marché comprend principalement : La fabrication et la fourniture de mâts en acier galvanisé destinés au support des équipements de ligne aérienne de contact ; La fourniture de mâts de différents types, notamment des mâts encastrés et des mâts sur plaque de base ou spéciaux ; Le dimensionnement des mâts, y compris les justificatifs statiques, sur la base des efforts, moments et exigences définis dans le cahier des charges technique ; La réalisation des traitements de surface et protections (zingage, peinture, protections mécaniques et enterrées) conformément aux normes applicables ; La livraison des fournitures sur site, y compris le conditionnement, le transport et le déchargement, selon les modalités définies contractuellement ; La remise de l’ensemble de la documentation technique, incluant les plans d’exécution, justificatifs de calcul et certificats de conformité.
