Le présent marché est un marché public de fournitures qui concerne l'installation et la maintenance d'un système permettant le relevé et la répartition des consommations individuelles d'eau froide et d'eau chaude dans l’ensemble des immeubles géré par la Srl Maison Liégeoise qui nécessite un décompte de charges. Le présent marché a pour objet les prestations suivantes : - Le démontage des équipements existants défectueux (obligatoire) ; - La fourniture et la pose des équipements nécessaires pour le comptage des consommations individuelles d'eau froide, d'eau chaude et de chauffage. Ces équipements disposeront d'un système de transmission par radiofréquence ; - Le relevé journalier des consommations de ces compteurs ; - La transmission automatique des données de relevé via un système relais ; - La mise à disposition d'une plate-forme informatique de gestion de données donnant accès aux relevés et aux alertes (fuite, consommation anormalement haute ou basse, fraude, …) ; - L'établissement d'un décompte annuel des charges locatives et des factures de clôtures annuelles. Ces prestations seront exécutées dans le cadre d'un contrat de location-vente en garantie totale.
