Predmet javnega naročila je ureditev prostorov nekdanje banke in picerije na Kolodvorski 14a in 14b v Pivki, v okviru projekta Mrežni podjetniški inkubator PNR – IV. faza, v katerem bosta občini Postojna in Pivka vzpostavili nove prostore podjetniškega inkubatorja ter s tem prispevali k razširitvi podjetniške infrastrukture v regiji. Projekt je namenjen ureditvi nove podjetniške infrastrukture na več lokacijah, pri čemer je lokacija v Pivki ena izmed treh lokacij, dve lokaciji sta še v občini Postojna. V inkubatorju bodo urejeni prostori, ki bodo neposredno namenjeni za inkubirance, to so poslovni prostori, pisarne, co-working prostori ter sejne sobe. Ostale površine inkubatorja so še prostori, ki se povezujejo z osnovnim namenom inkubatorja, to so tehnični prostori, hodniki in toaletni prostori, skladišča ter prostori za gostinsko dejavnost. V okviru del SKLOPA 1 bo urejeno tudi parkirišče, namenjeno uporabnikom podjetniškega inkubatorja, saj novi prostori inkubatorja nimajo parkirnih mest. V okviru oddaje javnega naročila se v SKLOPU 2 oddajajo tudi parkirišča ob Kolodvorski cesti 5 in 7, ki se urejajo z namenom zagotovitve parkirnih mest za stanovalce objekta na Kolodvorski cesti 7 ter ureditve javnega parkirišča Javno naročilo se oddaja v dveh sklopih in sicer: - SKLOP 1: Mrežni podjetniški inkubator – PNR - IV. faza ter parkirišče za podjetniški inkubator Kosec - SKLOP 2: Parkirišča ob Kolodvorski cesti 5 in 7 Naročnik obeh sklopov je Občina Pivka. Ponudba se lahko odda za posamezni sklop ali za oba razpisana sklopa.
