The total insurance value for the art objects, excluding options, exceeds EUR 54,714,000 net, with the highest individual item valued at up to EUR 15,000,000 net. Key responsibilities for the winning bidder include arranging road and air freight, providing specialized crates, packing materials, and packing services (considering acclimatization needs), ensuring secure overnight parking in guarded areas, and managing the loading and unloading of art objects, including internal movement within buildings. The service provider will also be responsible for unpacking services upon request, handling the packing and unpacking at both lending institutions and the exhibition venue, and assisting with packing and unpacking within the museum itself as per the client's instructions. Furthermore, the tender requires comprehensive customs clearance, including customs guarantees if necessary, management of export licenses, provision of armed/security escorts where required, and courier services.
