Original language: isSkólavegur 1 – stækkun Grunnskóla Seyðisfjarðar Verkið felst í stækkun á Grunnskóla Seyðifjarðar við Skólaveg 1. Skólinn verður stækkaður i tvær áttir, annars vegar til norðurs með viðbyggingu í sama útliti og núverandi skóli auk tengibyggingar við íþróttahús og hinsvegar til suður með tengibyggingu við nýbyggingu. Byggingin er með steyptar undirstöður, plötu og veggi, með stál bitum og súlum og timbur þakvirki. Stærð stækkunar verður um 830m 2 brúttó stærð gólfflatar. Verkið felst í jarðvinnu, uppsteypu byggingarinnar og fullnaðarfrágangi að utan og innan ásamt lóðafrágangi. Verkkaupi mun á verktíma leggja áherslu á vandaða umgengni um framkvæmdasvæðið Verkið getur hafist strax eftir gerð samnings og skal að fullu lokið fyrir 20.07.2028 Nokkrar magntölur eru eftirfarandi:
