Keretmegállapodás a Dunaújvárosi Szent Pantaleon Kórház – Rendelőintézet részére Szemészeti anyagok beszerzésére 12 hónapos időtartamra: Keretösszeg: nettó 3.300.000, - Ft Hidrofób akrilát, háromtestű műlencse. Tervezett és tájékoztató éves mennyiség: 50 db. A termék műszaki specifikációját a műszaki leírás tartalmazza. Ajánlattevő konszignációs raktár fenntartására köteles. A raktárpótlás (termékek szállítása) a közvetlen megrendelések függvényében történik. Ajánlatkérő tényleges felhasználása / lehívása minősül közvetlen megrendelésnek, vagyis ajánlatkérő a közvetlen megrendelésében egyidejűleg tájékoztatja ajánlattevőt a tényleges felhasználás mértékéről. A teljesítési határidő: a közvetlen megrendelés visszaigazolásától (egyedi szerződés létrejötte) számított 48 óra. Ajánlatkérő keretmegállapodást kíván kötni. Az eljárás alapján egy nyertes ajánlattevővel kerül sor a keretmegállapodás megkötésére és a keretmegállapodás második részében a Kbt. 105. § (1) bekezdés a) pontja szerint közvetlen megrendeléssel fog sor kerülni az egyedi megrendelésekre. A keretmegállapodás a szerződéses időtartam (12 hónap, hosszabbítás esetén 24 hónap) lejártával, vagy – amennyiben ez hamarabb bekövetkezik – a rögzített keretösszeg kimerítésével minden további jogcselekmény nélkül megszűnik.
