Multi-disciplinary Consultancy Services Framework

Dundee City Council intends to establish a multi-lot framework agreement for the provision of consultancy services to support a range of capital and revenue projects across the Council estate. Dundee City Council seeks to appoint to the Framework specialist consultants across a number of technical disciplines to complement its in-house Architectural Consultancy services, with project development, statutory compliance, design, and delivery. Framework services will be commissioned via direct award or mini-competition exercise from the Framework and the services commissioned may include feasibility, survey, design, analysis, and advisory functions. Lot: CDM Principal Designer Services — Provision of CDM advisory and Principal Designer services for construction projects. The framework will appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants with demonstrable competence in their respective discipline, across each of the Lots. Consultants will be required to: Demonstrate relevant qualifications, accreditation, and professional registration where applicable Provide evidence of previous projects of comparable scale and value Evidence compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g. building standards, planning conditions) Call-off commissions may vary in scope, scale, and complexity, and may relate to housing, corporate property, and infrastructure projects. The framework will appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants with demonstrable competence in their respective discipline, across each of the Lots.
