Labor leasing service for a period of 4 + 2 months as follows: General: The tenderer must provide appropriately qualified specialists to perform the tasks. Various component manufacturing and repair tasks for railway vehicles must be carried out during the performance of the tasks. The contracting authority provides changing room and shower facilities for the tenderer's collaborators. The tenderer (or its collaborators) must perform the tasks in accordance with the instructions of the contracting authority (which may not extend to the organization of the activity and must not make performance more burdensome), and in accordance with the requirements specified in the applicable laws and professional regulations, and in accordance with the specifications and technologies specified for the equipment used and materials used for the performance of the tasks. The tenderer must organize the material (work equipment) and personal (collaborators) conditions for carrying out the activity in such a way as to ensure the safe, professional, economical, and timely completion of the activity. Compliance with the relevant occupational safety regulations is mandatory, and given that the place of performance of the tasks is the registered office of the contracting authority, the tenderer (or its collaborators) must comply with the occupational safety, fire safety, security, and environmental regulations in force at the place of work. The tenderer is fully responsible for its own activities and those of its collaborators regarding compliance with fire, property, security, and occupational safety regulations. The provision of work clothes and protective equipment is the responsibility of the lessor. The contracting authority wishes to use employees in the following positions:  Locksmith (Typical FEOR: 7321)  Certified welder (according to EN ISO 4063: 111,141,135, 131 procedures) (Typical FEOR: 7325)  Carpenter (FEOR:7223)  Trained machine locksmith (Typical FEOR: 7321)  Electrician  Mechanical fitter – railway vehicle fitter The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement, and 16 people must be continuously available throughout the contract period. The contracting authority wishes to employ the employees on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). 1. Professional requirements and tasks: 1.1 For the locksmith position  performance of individual steel structure work  cutting out damaged parts  repair and replacement of front plates  straightening of side plates  repair of roof plates  installation of side skirt plates  repair and replacement of various locks and hinges  installation and welding of metal parts manufactured by component manufacturers  required professional experience: Min. 5 years  vocational qualification and appropriate professional experience 1.2 Certified welder (according to EN ISO 4063: 111,141,135, 131 procedures)  assembly and welding of structural units, machine parts made of steel and/or castings, and railway turnouts and their parts, with coated electrodes of 2.5-5mm diameter  installation and welding of metal parts manufactured by component manufacturers  required professional experience: Min. 5 years  welding qualification, certification is an advantage Welding and cutting procedures used during work:  Metal-arc welding with cored wire electrode in active protective gas (MSZ EN ISO 4063 - 135)  Manual metal arc welding with coated electrode (MSZ EN ISO 4063 - 111)  Flame cutting with acetylene-oxygen cutting torches (MSZ EN ISO 4063 - 81)  Flame straightening with acetylene-oxygen mixing nozzles Material qualities to be processed during work:  DC01 (MSZ EN 10130)  S235JR; S355JR (MSZ EN 10025) 1.3 For the carpenter position  performance of individual woodworking tasks, manufacturing of components  repair of damaged elements  wood sanding, PVC floor laying, gluing if necessary  required professional experience: Min. 5 years  carpentry qualification is an advantage 1.4 For the trained machine locksmith position  minimum primary school education  ability to read technical drawings  good manual dexterity Typical tasks:  performance of specified maintenance and/or repair tasks on main components of railway vehicles, inspection of vehicle structural parts  based on issued drawing documentation, locksmith work on components...
