Die zukünftige Ausstellungsfläche im Schloss beträgt ca. 1750 qm, die Fläche der Stiftskirche (nur teilweise museal bespielt) ca. 1300 qm. Die Leistung gliedert sich in drei Teilleistungen: Los 1 "Museum", Los 2 "Kirche" und Los 3 "Museum/Kirche". Alle Lose sind anzubieten, die Vergabe erfolgt nur gemeinsam an einen Anbieter. Als Auftraggeber für die Lose 1 und 3 agiert die Welterbestadt Quedlinburg, als Auftraggeber für Los 2 die Evangelische Kirchengemeinde Quedlinburg. Ein Teil der Ausstellungsmöbel und -elemente im Schlossmuseum wird im Zuge einer vorherigen Ausschreibung "Ausstellungsbau Schlossmuseum Teil I" bereits vergeben. Dort enthalten war u.a. ein Großteil der Vitrinen. Die aktuelle Ausschreibung umfasst zum einen serielle und individuelle Möbel hauptsächlich aus Metall (Bleche auf Stahlkonstruktionsprofilen oder Holzunterkonstruktionen), die teils frei stehen, teils an Wänden befestigt sind, zum anderen raumbildende Ein- und Ausbauten unter Verwendung eigener Materialien und Konstruktionen. Hinzu kommen diverse Vitrinen, z.T. als Sonderausführungen, sowie Ausstattungselemente. Elemente mit Stückzahlen (unter Angabe der Lose): - 6 Sockel (Lose 1 und 2) - 7 Monitorgestelle (Los 1) - 3 Absperrungen, z.T. mit integrierten Texttafeln (Lose 1 und 2) - 3 stilisierte Barockmöbel (Los 1) - 23 Sitzmöbel, davon 15 gepolsterte Sitzbänke und Sitzflächen, 2 gepolsterte Sitzmöbel mit integrierter Medienstation und 6 Sitzbänke im Außenraum (Los 1, 2 und 3) - 25 Texttafeln (Lose 1 und 2) - 3 Podesttische (Los 3) - 7 Vitrinen, davon 4 Sockelvitrinen und 1 Vitrineneinbau (Lose 1 und 2) - 12 weitere Ausstellungsmöbel (Lose 1, 2 und 3) - 23 Verdunklungs-Screens (Los 1 und 2) - Galerieschienen (Los 1) - Rauminszenierung "Mathildes Stift": Podest, Wandelement textil bespannt, 2 Rahmenelemente textil bespannt, 4 integrierte Grafikträger, integrierte Vitrine, integrierter Berührschutz (Los 1) - Einbau "Stiftsbibliothek": Zwischendecke, Regalwände mit stilisierten Buchrücken aus Akustik-Vliesplatten, aufgedoppelter Boden mit Linoleumbelag und Decke, Durchgang, integrierte Texttafel (Los 1) - Kabinett "Persönliche Memoria": Kabinett mit verspiegelten Wänden, Boden mit Teppichbelag, Decke, integrierte gepolsterte Sitzbank (Los 1) - Umgestaltung Kirchenschatzvitrinen: 5 Füllelemente zur Herstellung eines "Vitrinenblocks" und einer "Vitrinenwand" aus bestehenden Einzelvitrinen (Los 2) - Rauminszenierung "Knüpfteppich": Glasbrüstung mit integrierten Text- und Grafiktafeln, Podestlandschaft mit Linoleumbelag, Unterbauten für 5 Bestandsvitrinen, Geländer (Los 2) Die Elemente sind als Teil der Leistung z.T. zu bedrucken (Digitaldirektdruck und Siebdruck).
