MVM Émász - Delivery of power outage notifications

Printing and delivery of power outage notifications affecting system users connected to the low (KIF) and medium voltage (KÖF) networks in the entire service area of MVM Émász Power Grid Ltd. as a service. Framework quantity: A total of 1,200,000 pcs (2 years) A5 size power outage notifications and preparation, printing, distribution of power outage notifications, of which the tenderer undertakes to order 840,000 pcs (70%). The calls will be made on working days according to demand, with an average of 15,000 pcs to be called per working day. The tenderer will electronically send the notification orders electronically a specified number of days before the target delivery date, as stated in the draft contract, attaching the table containing the address list and an informative PDF map excerpt. The tenderer is obliged to interpret the notification tasks received from the client, to coordinate in case of doubt, and then to confirm electronically by order the acceptance of the task and the completed notifications. Thus, the fact of receiving the order and the completion of the distribution must be confirmed separately. The tenderer shall deliver the notifications to the customers and within the time interval specified in the "Client". The client will notify the tenderer of the task by e-mail no later than 15 calendar days + 3 working days before the planned de-energization, by 9 a.m. The e-mail will also include the deadline for the delivery of the notifications, which is the 15th calendar day before the planned de-energization. The client is entitled to issue multiple individual orders simultaneously. The detailed task description is included in the Technical Specification part of the Procurement Documents (KD).
