Le projet de places de repos pour les poids lourds (PRPL) est une partie de la réponse de l’OFROU au manque de places de stationnement pour les poids lourds (PL) constaté sur le réseau des routes nationales en Suisse. Sur le tronçon Genève – Lausanne, une adaptation de l’implantation des places de stationnement sur les aires de repos Pierre Féline Lac et Jura ainsi que Saint Prex Jura, permet d’augmenter le nombre de places de stationnement poids lourds. Afin de limiter la gêne aux usagers, il a été décidé d’anticiper les travaux de gros entretien sur ces aires de repos et de les combiner avec les travaux d’augmentation du nombre de place de stationnement. Dans la même optique le projet est coordonné avec 2 projets tiers de mise en place de bornes de recharge électriques pour véhicules légers. Le présent mandat concerne les prestations d’APR multidomaine (GC, BSA, Trafic) et DLT pour les phases SIA 51 à 53.
