Il convient de tenir compte de la situation statique et de lâĂ©tanchĂ©itĂ© de la tranchĂ©e couverte, du maintien de lâexploitation du tunnel, y c. du pylĂŽne GSM et radio, de la conception du bĂątiment de remplacement dans le contexte du plan dâamĂ©nagement communal et de la coordination avec les projets voisins (tubes du tunnel du Gubrist, couverture de Weiningen avec zone prĂ©cĂ©dant le tunnel et bĂątiments communaux sur la couverture). Le prĂ©sent mandat comprend les prestations de coordination gĂ©nĂ©rale, dâarchitecture, de planification des structures porteuses, dâarchitecture paysagĂšre, de gestion et de direction des travaux, de physique du bĂątiment et dâacoustique, dâenvironnement et de gĂ©nie civil, dans les phases PE (projet dâexĂ©cution selon LRN) Ă 53 (mise en service / clĂŽture).
