Description

Die Verantwortung für den Unterhalt des Abschnitts N20 «Thielle – Murten» (TE 73) wurde am 1. Januar 2020 vom ASTRA übernommen (NEB-Abschnitt). Der Abschnitt Ins–Murten ist eine Nationalstrasse 3. Klasse und wurde etwa 1970 in Betrieb genommen. Das ASTRA schreibt Leistungen für die Erarbeitung eines umfassenden Erhaltungskonzept (EK) durch ein multidisziplinäres Planungsteam aus. Die Ziele des Auftrags umfassen mehrere Aspekte: · Erhebung der fehlenden Datengrundlagen bzw. gegebenenfalls Aufnahme der fehlenden Daten, um den bestehenden Zustand des Streckenabschnitts zu bestimmen und eine normgerechte Analyse nach Fachbereichen durchzuführen. · Ausarbeitung eines Basiskonzepts sowie strategischer Varianten zu den Zielsetzungen gemäss Kapitel 1.1 des Pflichtenhefts, insbesondere: o Untersuchung der Aspekte des Langsamverkehrs sowie möglicher Verbesserungsmassnahmen. o Koexistenz von Motorfahrzeugen und Velos auf dem Abschnitt von der Staatswaldbrücke bis zum Bahnübergang der SBB in Muntelier. o Koexistenz von Motorfahrzeugen, Velos und Fussgängern in Sugiez sowie im Quartier Löwenberg. · Untersuchung und gegebenenfalls Ergänzung der Behandlung des Strassenabwassers unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben. · Analyse der Machbarkeit einer niveaufreien Kreuzung zwischen der Nationalstrasse und der Eisenbahnlinie unter der Annahme, dass die Bahntrasse ihr Längsprofil beibehält. · Einhaltung der geltenden Richtlinien und Vorschriften. · Optimierung der Massnahmen zur Minimierung der Verkehrsbehinderungen. · Vorschlag von Massnahmen unter Berücksichtigung eines zum Zeitpunkt der Realisierung voraussichtlich begrenzten Finanzierungsrahmens.
