Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Amsterdam, Grond en Ontwikkeling
De gemeente Amsterdam is op zoek naar een partij die voor eigen rekening en risico een grootschalig bedrijfspand met bijbehorend programma kan ontwikkelen en realiseren, bedoeld voor één of meerdere bedrijven op kavel N7a in Sloterdijk Poort. De bouwkavel is circa 3.012 m² groot. Voor deze locatie geldt een minimale floor space index (FSI) van 1,5, wat betekent dat het te realiseren bedrijfsgebouw een minimale bruto vloeroppervlakte (bvo) dient te hebben van 4.518 m². Binnen het bedrijfsgebouw is ondergeschikte kantoorruimte toegestaan met een maximum van 30% van het totale vloeroppervlak en een absolute bovengrens van 2.000 m² bvo.
