Procurement of electric buses - Group 3 MIDI city, low-floor, category M3 class I

Group 3 - MIDI city, low-floor, category M3 class I. The offered buses must be new, unused, and manufactured in 2025 or later. Furthermore, all offered buses for the Procurement Item Group must be from the same manufacturer, same type, and same year of manufacture. Vehicles offered and to be delivered must be fully manufactured in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and EU directives: Law on Road Transport (NN 41/18, 98/19, 89/21, 30/21, 114/22). Regulation on technical conditions for vehicles in road traffic (NN 85/16, 24/17, 70/19, 60/20 79/23), Regulation on special conditions for vehicles used for public road transport and transport for own needs (NN 50/18, 56/19, 107/20, 127/21, 147/21, 71/22). The economic operator, upon handover of the buses, must provide the contracting authority with proof that the buses to be delivered have undergone homologation, i.e., that the buses have passed the conformity assessment procedure with the applicable regulations of the Republic. The offered buses must fully comply with all the required conditions from the technical specification, description of the subject of procurement, and other conditions from this procurement documentation. The contracting authority has determined the foreseen (approximate) quantities in the bill of quantities. The actual quantity of the subject of procurement purchased may be greater or smaller than the foreseen (approximate) quantity.
