Predmet nabave je izrada projektne dokumentacije s projektantskim nadzorom i izvođenje radova obnove 4 potresom oštećene zgrade u Zagrebu – blok Masarykova i Preradovićeva ulica, kako je uređeno Zakonom o obnovi, Programom mjera, Zakonom o gradnji te vezanim propisima kojima se uređuje obnova kao i propisima kojima se uređuje obavljanje poslova i djelatnosti prostornog uređenja i gradnje te svakoj naknadnoj izmjeni i dopuni tih propisa. Opseg aktivnosti ugovaratelja uključuje projektiranje i projektantski nadzor 1. cjelovite obnove zgrade, izvođenje radova 1. cjelovite obnove zgrade, 2. popravka nekonstrukcijskih elemenata zgrade, po načelu obračuna „ključ u ruke“ do pune funkcionalnosti prema Zakonu o obnovi, sukladno članku 630. Zakona o obveznim odnosima (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22, 155/23). Sve predmetne zgrade se nalaze na području kulturnog dobra - Povijesna urbana cjelina Grad Zagreb, upisanog u Registar kulturnih dobara RH pod brojem Z-1525. Zgrade na adresama Masarykova ulica 10 i Preradovićeva ulica 14 su također i pojedinačno zaštićena kulturna dobra te se obnavljaju cjelovitom obnovom, sukladno točki 6. Programa mjera i članku 19. Zakona o obnovi.
