Procurement of stone material

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of stone material for a period of two (2) years in accordance with the bill of quantities which is an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. Delivery, or collection of goods, is carried out at the tenderer's warehouse, which must not be more than 15 km from the Contracting Authority's headquarters. The delivery time for the goods must not be longer than 5 days, which is also one of the selection criteria. The Contracting Authority does not have adequate space for storing stone material, and is unable to organize loading and weighing of stone material for 16 hours a day. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority cannot plan the daily dynamics of the needs for stone material, as it depends on interventions to eliminate faults, as well as on the weather conditions for installing stone material, which is why the tenderer is required to own or rent a warehouse near the Contracting Authority's headquarters with loading and weighing of the same. During the contract period, the Contracting Authority individually and successively (according to needs) takes over the stone material with its own vehicles and in smaller quantities, which is why it requires a warehouse near the Contracting Authority's headquarters in order to reduce transport costs and increase business efficiency. A greater distance of the warehouse would also lead to higher transport costs, as well as the impossibility of timely repair of faults, and thus the disruption of the Contracting Authority's basic task of continuous and uninterrupted performance of activities. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Art. 204 par. 2, has not divided the subject of this procurement into groups because it concerns stone material of the same origin, and in accordance with that, the subject of the procurement is not divisible.
