Original language: hrPredmet nabave je nabava kamenog materijala za razdoblje od dvije (2) godine sukladno troškovniku koji je sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Isporuka, odnosno preuzimanje robe obavlja se na skladištu ponuditelja koje ne smije biti na većoj udaljenosti od 15km od sjedišta Naručitelja. Rok isporuke robe ne smije biti dulji od 5 dana što je ujedno i jedan od kriterija za odabir. Naručitelj ne posjeduje adekvatan prostor za skladište kamenog materijala, te nije umogućnosti organizirati utovar i vaganje kamenog materijala u trajanju od 16 sati dnevno. Nadalje,naručitelj ne može planirati dnevnu dinamiku potreba za kamenim materijalom budući daje ista ovisna o intervencijama na otklanjanju kvarova, kao i o vremenskim uvjetima ugradnje kamenog materijala, zbog čega se od ponuditelja traži da posjeduje ili ima u najmu skladište u blizini sjedišta naručitelja sa utovarom i vaganjem istog. Naručitelj tijekom ugovornog razdoblja pojedinačno i sukcesivno (prema potrebama) preuzima kameni materijal vlastitim vozilima i umanjim količinama zbog čega i potražuje skladište koje je blizini sjedišta Naručitelja kako bi umanjio troškove prijevoza i povećao efikasnost poslovanja. Veća udaljenost skladišta uvjetovala bi i veće troškove prijevoza,kao i nemogućnost pravovremene sanacije kvarova, a samim time i narušavanje osnovne zadaće naručitelja za stalnim i nesmetanim obavljanjem djelatnosti. Naručitelj, sukladno čl. 204 st. 2, nije podijelio predmet ove nabave na grupe iz razloga što se radi o kamenom materijalu istog porijekla, te u skladu sa tim, predmet nabave nije djeljiv.
