Procurement of the drug apalutamide

The subject of the procurement are medicines, in accordance with the technical specifications, listed in the Bill of Quantities and according to this procurement documentation. The subject of the procurement is delivered successively, according to the Contracting Authority's delivery request and delivered to the delivery points within a period not exceeding 5 calendar days from the date of sending the delivery request (according to the Bidder's offer). All contractual obligations of the Contractor must be fulfilled by the final delivery deadline. The goods are considered delivered and the contractual obligation fulfilled upon handover of the goods and the accompanying procurement documentation to the Contracting Authority. The start of delivery is determined by the Public Procurement Contract. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months. The quantity of the subject of procurement is approximate, determined by the Bill of Quantities, according to estimated quantities, and will be procured successively, according to the dynamics determined by the Contracting Authority's delivery requests. The Contracting Authority will purchase goods according to its actual needs and is not obliged to purchase the entire approximate quantity specified in the Bill of Quantities. The actual quantity of the subject of procurement purchased, based on the concluded Contract, may be greater or smaller than the approximate quantity, in accordance with the Contracting Authority's needs and secured financial resources.
