Original language: hrPredmet nabave uključuje nabavu Microsoft programskih proizvoda prema Enterprise modelu (EA), a sukladno Odredbama o proizvodima i Odredbama online usluga tvrtke Microsoft, a u skladu s ovom Dokumentacijom. Sve licence iz predmeta nabave trebaju biti isporučene elektroničkim putem, sa zaštićenih mrežnih stranica uz autorizirani pristup. Za stavke u tablici Troškovnika, tehničke specifikacije se sastoje od SKU (oznaka proizvoda), službenog kratkog naziva licence i količine. Inicijalno naručene količine proizvoda zbog pravila Microsoft Enterprise modela, ne mogu se smanjivati do kraja trajanja Ugovora i Okvirnog sporazuma. Ugovaratelj je dužan obavijestiti Naručitelja o izmjeni proizvoda i pripadajuće SKU oznake ako do toga dođe tijekom izvršavanja okvirnog sporazuma. Novi proizvod mora imati iste ili bolje funkcionalnosti.
