Cilj javne nabave je sklapanje okvirnog sporazuma između naručitelja i jednog gospodarskog subjekta za nabavu mjerne opreme za mjerenje i očitavanje isporučene vodne usluge krajnjim korisnicima; pripremu vodomjera za ovjeravanje (servis) i ovjeravanje vodomjera koje Naručitelj ima u imovini, te proširenje i održavanje elemenata sustava za daljinsko očitavanje potrošnje na teritorijalnom području nadležnosti Naručitelja. U sustavu Tekija d.o.o. očitavanje i daljinsko očitavanje potrošnje dio je jedne cjeline u koju ulaze i vodomjeri kao nedjeljiv dio sustava daljinskog očitavanja. Na uslužnom području Tekije d.o.o. Požega trenutno je instalirano oko 25.000 vodomjera, te Društvo, u skladu sa svojim raspoloživim resursima, sustavno i planski radi na razvoju napredne mjeriteljske infrastrukture kako bi se ostvarili zacrtani ciljevi za smanjenje gubitaka odnosno povećanje točnosti mjerne opreme. Postojeći sustav daljinskog očitanja radi na način da se podaci o utrošenim količinama vode s vodomjera s radijskim modulima, minimalno jednom mjesečno preuzimaju uz pomoć opreme i softvera za daljinsko očitavanje. Predmet nabave je cjeloviti sustav u kojem vodomjeri, radijski moduli, odnosno vodomjeri s integriranim radio modulom, oprema te softver za daljinsko očitavanje moraju biti kompatibilni jedni drugima kako bi sustav funkcionirao na željenoj razini.
