Procurement of hot meals for TPC Tovarnik

The contractor will be obliged to perform the catering service for foreigners, which includes: - meal preparation, - delivery of meals to the location with a properly equipped vehicle in approved containers in accordance with applicable regulations for the specified activity, - meal distribution, while breakfast and children's snacks are distributed by the contracting authority itself, and the tenderer is obliged to deliver children's snacks and breakfast for the next day along with lunch or dinner the previous day, - collection and washing of dishes and tableware, - delivery of inventory for meal consumption (trays, plates, spoons, forks, knives) and consumables (napkins or paper towels), - recording of meals served, and collection, removal, and disposal of food waste after meals - the service must be provided daily (working days, non-working days, holidays) - the contractor undertakes to change menus daily, in cycles of at least seven days, and the same hot meal menu cannot be repeated within seven days BREAKFAST – does not consist of animal products, mainly consists of milk, dairy spreads, jam, chocolate spread, fruit, bread) - the contractor will be obliged to perform the service in accordance with the dynamics and quantities determined by the contracting authority. The quantities of meals for the next day will be determined by the authorized person of the contracting authority at the location, and they will be delivered to the contractor by 3 PM on the current day. Given that the arrivals and departures of third-country nationals from the Center are unpredictable, the tenderer will be informed accordingly, and the contracting authority reserves the right, in case of urgent action, to change the number of meals by 8:00 AM on the day when lunch and dinner are delivered, - lunch and dinner – are carried out in accordance with Article 19 of the Ordinance on Stay in the Reception Center for Foreigners. Given that third-country nationals accommodated in the Center are most often of the Islamic faith, pork should not be served, and food for other users (e.g., people allergic to certain foods, pregnant women, or sick people) will be agreed upon in advance with the food delivery contractor.
