Oprema koja je predmet nabave mora biti nova, nekorištena, tehnički ispravna te u potpunosti sukladna važećoj EU regulativi vezano za kvalitetu, kao i procesima za pregled putnika, ručne i predane prtljage te cargo robe na zračnoj luci. Predmet nabave obuhvaća i svu potrebnu prateću opremu, softver, licence, integraciju s postojećim sustavima i uređajima, edukaciju osoblja Naručitelja te jamstvenu i postjamstvenu podršku sukladno Dokumentaciji o nabavi.
