Procurement of Basic Maintenance and Extended Technical Support Services for the Trade Register Application, Databases, and All Associated Software Packages and Services

This public tender concerns the procurement of services for basic maintenance and extended technical support for the Trade Register application, its associated databases, and all related software packages and services. The contract duration is for a period of two years. The scope of the procurement includes providing comprehensive support to ensure the continued functionality and smooth operation of the Trade Register System. This encompasses both basic maintenance and enhanced technical support, as detailed in the attached documents: Cost Estimate (Prilog 2) and Technical Specification (Prilog 1). The selected bidder/supplier is required to guarantee the compatibility and uninterrupted performance of all system segments, including existing modules and any newly developed or integrated modules. This guarantee must hold true for every modification to the existing code and the delivery of new system versions. It is explicitly stated that the contracting authority retains full ownership of the source code and executable code of the System. All proprietary, copyright, and licensing rights pertaining to the materials and applications, whether they are existing components, upgrades, or new modules delivered under the extended technical support, belong to the contracting authority. This includes the right for the contracting authority to further develop, modify, and maintain all segments of the System according to its own requirements.
