Procurement of Service for Development of New Tools within the Application Solution for Administrative and Non-Administrative Procedures within the Investment C2.3. R3-I15 "Establishment of Application Solutions in Tourism Aimed at Administrative Relief of Entrepreneurs and Transformation of the Tourism Model Towards Sustainability

This tender concerns the procurement of services for the development of new tools integrated into an existing application solution. This solution, known as eTurizam, is designed to manage administrative and non-administrative procedures and other business processes relevant to entrepreneurs and service providers in the tourism and hospitality sectors, in accordance with regulations from the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and other state administration bodies. The project aims to establish new e-services through the digital transformation of these procedures. The primary objective is to further alleviate the administrative burden on entrepreneurs by simplifying and accelerating processes, thereby facilitating their business operations and interactions with public administration. The scope of work minimally includes, but is not limited to, the development of complex e-services. A key focus of this administrative relief initiative is the promotion of paperless operations and the reduction of time entrepreneurs spend completing various forms. This initiative is part of a broader investment (C2.3. R3-I15) focused on establishing digital solutions in tourism to enhance sustainability and streamline business processes.
