Original language: hrProcijenjena vrijednost nabave je 320.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a Ukupna procijenjena vrijednost nabave u ovom postupku 48.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a Predmet ovog postupka je nabava dostavnog vozila s rashladnim uređajem i termoizolacijom za potrebe Centra za kontrolu kvalitete stočarskih proizvoda. Transportno vozilo, furgon, zatvoreni. Vozilo mora imati ugrađeni rashladni uređaj s pogonom preko motora. Tovarni prostor vozila mora biti termoizoliran, vozilo mora biti atestirano i opremljeno termopisačem. Ponuditelj je obvezan prilikom isporuke vozila naručitelju predati ATEST - Potvrda o ispitivanju odnosno službeni dokument koji izdaje ovlaštena institucija. Atest je pismeno uvjerenje odnosno inspekcijski dokument kojim se potvrđuje kvaliteta, tehničke karakteristike ili podrijetlo robe i proizvoda ili sukladnost preinaka na vozilu sa propisanim sigurnosnim standardima. Sadrži rezultate ispitivanja, jamstvo kvalitete i potvrđuje da je proizvod/vozilo sigurno za uporabu. Ponuditelji su obvezni naručitelju ponuditi isključivo novo i nekorišteno vozilo, s minimalnim jamstvima: 1. Jamstvo na motor – minimalno 2 (dvije) godine bez ograničenja – Izjava Prilog I 2. Jamstvo na limariju – minimalno 6 (šest) godina – Izjava Prilog II 3. Jamstvo na lak – minimalno 2 (dvije) godine – Izjava Prilog III 4. Mobilno jamstvo – 2 (dvije) godine – Izjava Prilgo IV 5. Garancija na rashladni uređaj i termopisač – minimalno 12 mjeseci od ugradnje – Izjava Prilog V 6. Garancija na termoizolaciju – minimalno 24 mjeseca – Prilog VI Jamstva pod rednim brojevima 1. do 4. počinju teći od dana primopredaje vozila odnosno potpisa primopredajnog Zapisnika.
