Koncentrat kisele otopine treba da bude u pojedinačnom pakovanju 1L što je dovoljno za pripremu 200L dijaliznog rastvora u kombinaciji sa odgovarajućim pakovanjima suhog natrijum bikarbonata i natrijum hlorida, a Ca ++ treba da bude u sljedećim omjerima: 1,40 mmol/l, 1,50 mmol/l i 1,65 mmol/l.
