Predmet ovog postupka javne nabavke je nabavka roba– nadogradnja softvera podjeljena na dva lota i to: nadogradnja softvera za zakonsko mjeriteljstvo i nadogradnja softvera za poslovno informacioni sistem za upravljanje prihodima. Softver za zakonsko mjeriteljstvo je informacioni sistem koji obuhvata evidenciju i upravljanje modulima za imenovane laboratorije, tipska odobrenja, verifikacije, evidencije i praćenje utroška verifikacionih oznaka. Informacioni sistem preko API-ja komunicira sa veb sajtom Instituta i sinhronizuje podatke na veb stranici o imenovanim laboratorijama i tipskim odobrenjima te ima mogućnost komunikacije sa drugim softverima imenovanih laboratorija odnosno razmjenu podataka koji se odnose na module verifikacije. Postojeći softver za poslovno informacioni sistem za upravljanje prihodima pruža podršku ključnim poslovnim procesima naručioca, uključujući obradu zahtjeva, upravljanje predračunima i računima, evidenciju uplata i dokumenata.
