Supervision of the construction of Komiža fishing port - Phase I

This tender concerns the provision of expert supervision services for the construction works of the Komiža Fishing Port, specifically Phase I of the construction. The project entails the development of a primary breakwater approximately 78 meters long, a platform at the root of the primary breakwater, an operational quay of approximately 54 meters, and an operational quay east of the breakwater root measuring approximately 89 meters. This also includes the arrangement of traffic surfaces and installations behind the quay wall.

The contractor is obligated to perform the following services: expert supervision of the execution of works in accordance with the Construction Act (NN 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19), the Act on Spatial Planning and Construction Activities (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19), and other applicable legal and sub-legal acts. Additionally, the contractor will provide Health and Safety Coordinator services during construction, as stipulated by the Occupational Safety Act (NN 71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18 and 96/18), the Ordinance on Occupational Safety at Temporary Construction Sites (NN 48/2018), and the Ordinance on Occupational Safety Training, Further Education, and Professional Examination (NN 142/21). The scope of work also includes control testing. This project is located in Komiža and focuses on infrastructure development within the maritime and fisheries sector.
