Description
NAE #1 for Disclosure Counsel (previous change order epin is 02520P8148KXLA001). In order to issue municipal bonds the City is responsible to disclose information to the bondholders pursuant to federal, state and local securities laws and regulations. Therefore, it is essential that the City uses legal experts that are qualified and experienced with securities laws.
The services of this contractor are critical to the Department's mission, and therefore, this contract is being entered into to maintain continuity of services while the Department completes the procurement of a new contract. Negotiations were conducted with Orrick Herrington.
