Predmet ove javne nabave je najam službenih vozila sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama (Prilog I.) i troškovniku(Prilog II.). Najam službenih vozila mora uključivati za sva vozila police AO i AK, tehničke pregledi i registraciju vozila, mobilno jamstvo koje uključuje zamjensko vozilo u slučaju kvara, procjenu šteta, troškove RTV pristojbe za svako vozilo, redovno i izvanredno održavanje te zamjena guma dva puta godišnje (zimsko/ljetne i ljetne/zimske), usluga hotel za gume i mobilno jamstvo. Sva vozila koja će se dati u najam moraju biti u skladu s troškovnikom i tehničkim specifikacijama, te moraju biti dostupna za isporuku najkasnije do 11. srpnja 2026. godine. Procijenjena vrijednost nabave je 1.045.000,00 € (bez PDV-a), od čega se iznos od 115.000,00€ (bez PDV-a) odnosio na ugovor o najmu vozila koji je trenutno važeći a počeo se provoditi u tekućoj godini (2026.) stoga vrijednost nabave mora biti umanjena za njega zato je procijenjena vrijednost novonabavljenog najma vozila 930.000,00 EUR.
