Original language: slPredmet javnega naročila je sukcesivno najemanje poslovnega letala s posadko. V posameznem najemu poslovnega letala s posadko sta lahko glede na posamezno naročilo naročnika vključeni tudi: - pogostitev s hrano in pijačo med letom; - označitev in oprema letala z oznakami. Ponudnik mora imeti za izvedbo storitev, ki so predmet tega naročila, v svoji floti vsaj eno poslovno letalo. Storitev se izvaja na način, kot je določen v osnutku okvirnega sporazuma v skladu z naročnikovimi potrebami in razpoložljivimi proračunskimi sredstvi. Storitve, ki so predmet javnega naročila, se bodo izvajale v obdobju 24 mesecev od obojestranskega podpisa okvirnega sporazuma oziroma do porabe sredstev, če bodo ta porabljena pred iztekom navedenega obdobja.
