Handling of hazardous and other waste

The subject of the public procurement is the conclusion of a contract for the handling (collection and disposal) of hazardous waste and other waste, originating from the Vyškov Hospital. 1. The subject of this contract is the contractor's obligation (hereinafter also referred to as the provider or participant) to ensure for the contracting authority, through a concluded contract, the agreed activities (provide services) in the area of waste management, i.e. collection, transport, sorting, utilization or disposal of waste, including related services (so-called additional services), in accordance with the provisions of § 15 – 19 of Act No. 541/2020 Coll. as amended. 2. The contracting authority undertakes to provide the contractor with the agreed cooperation, to hand over waste to the contractor and to pay the agreed price for the services rendered. 3. The contractor will ensure for the ordering party the handling of individual types of waste, the overview of which is given in Annex No. 1 of the draft terms and conditions. Part of the scope of performance, and therefore part of the unit prices for handling individual types of waste, are additional services: a) delivery of containers and bins for waste storage owned by the contractor (for those wastes that are normally stored in bins) and replacement of these bins in case of damage; b) loading of waste stored in bins or containers (for hazardous waste, by replacing full bins or containers with empty ones); c) loading of waste stored otherwise than in bins; d) transport of waste for storage or disposal (transport vehicles for waste collection are provided by the contractor as needed); e) weighing of waste; f) actual handling of waste, including all possible fees; g) delivery of confirmation of disposal performed, stating the exact quantity of disposed waste. 4. Waste handling will be carried out from the following contracting authority's facilities: a) Vyškov Hospital, collection point address: Purkyňova 235/36, Nosálovice, 682 01 Vyškov – IČP: 1001697481 – hereinafter also (facility no. 1). Separate part no. 1 and no. 2 of the subject of the contract. b) Separate workplace of the clinical biochemistry department of Vyškov Hospital, collection point address: Malinovského 551, 684 01 Slavkov u Brna – IČP: 0083920512 - hereinafter also (facility no. 2). Separate part no. 1 and no. 2 of the subject of the contract. 5. Waste records and reporting:
