Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření smlouvy o poskytování služeb v oblasti nakládání s odpady ve správním území obce Zruč-Senec, jejíž závazný text tvoří přílohu č.1 zadávací dokumentace, přičemž předmětem plnění uvedené smlouvy je zajištění kompletních služeb v oblasti odpadového hospodářství pro zadavatele (směsného komunálního odpadu, separovaného odpadu a odpadu ze sběrného místa). Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je ve všech podrobnostech včetně podrobného vymezení požadovaných služeb, podrobného vymezení druhů odpadů, jichž se poskytování služeb týká, podrobného vymezení dalších povinností účastníka, obchodních, platebních a jiných smluvních podmínek, vymezen touto zadávací dokumentací a závazným textem Smlouvy o poskytování služeb v oblasti nakládání s odpady, která tvoří přílohu č.1 zadávací dokumentace.
