Purchase and delivery of electric vehicles

The subject of the contract is the delivery of new electric passenger SUV vehicles – 12 units and electric commercial vehicles (vans) – 1 unit, including related services, especially warranty service. The subject of the contract includes: - Delivery of new motor vehicles of category M1 (passenger SUV) and N1 (light commercial vehicle – van), with the definition of a new vehicle, including permitted previous registration and mileage, specified in Annex No. 13 of these tender documents, - Delivery of all documents required for registration and operation of vehicles in the Slovak Republic, - Provision of warranty for vehicles, including warranty for the traction battery, - Provision of warranty service including regular manufacturer-prescribed service inspections, including materials and labor, - Ensuring the availability of authorized warranty service for all offered brands and types of vehicles within a maximum distance of 100 km from the registered office of the contracting authority (Bulharská 39, 917 01 Trnava), GPS coordinates 48°21'36.3"N 17°35'51.3"E. The distance will be determined according to the shortest road route displayed in Google Maps on the day the successful bidder submits documents as part of the cooperation required for the conclusion of the purchase agreement, with an accuracy of 0.1 km. A list of service centers and documents proving their authorization must be submitted according to point 30.8 of these tender documents; they are not part of the offer. The required authorization and availability of service must be ensured during the relevant warranty service period, even if the service center changes. If the service center changes during the contract performance, the distance will be verified on the day the documents for the replacement service center are submitted to the buyer. The delivered vehicles must be fully electric (BEV) and must comply with all mandatory legal regulations in force in the Slovak Republic and the European Union, including requirements for vehicle approval for road traffic. Technical requirements for vehicles are further specified in Annex No. 13 of the Tender Documents. The subject of the contract also includes the transport of vehicles to the place of performance, training of the operators to the extent necessary for the proper use of the vehicles, and handover of the vehicles in fully functional condition, ready for operation. The graphic design, production, and application of external vehicle wraps are not part of this contract. The bidder shall not include the costs of these services in the offer price. Vehicles are delivered without external wraps provided by the contracting authority; their absence is not a defect or deficiency and is not a reason for refusing to accept the vehicle. Delivery, acceptance, and payment of vehicles are not conditional on the handover of wrapping material by the contracting authority or the performance of the wrapping. Failure to perform the wrapping is not a breach of the seller's obligations and does not give rise to a claim for contractual penalties. The published illustrative photographs of the wraps are not a basis for pricing or acceptance of the vehicles.
