Original language: slPredmet javnega naročila je nakup avtomatskega izolatorja nukleinskih kislin s potrebnim potrošnim materialom za obdobje 2 let in pogarancijskim vzdrževanjem za obdobje 5 let po preteku garancijskega roka. Izbrani ponudnik mora dobaviti, montirati in izročiti v razpolaganje in last ter v funkcionalno uporabo naročniku kvaliteten in sodoben sistem/opremo, specificirano v dokumentu Obrazec št. 1 – Tehnične zahteve. Vsa oprema mora biti prevzeta s strani naročnika skladno s prevzemnimi protokoli proizvajalca. Rok za izvedbo dela javnega naročila, vezanega na nakup sistema za izolacijo nukleinskih kislin – dobava in montaža opreme ter šolanje končnih uporabnikov je 45 dni od sklenitve pogodbe za nakup sistema. Ponudnik mora zagotavljati dobavo potrošnega materiala za obdobje 2 let. Naročnik pojasnjuje, da pogodbo za potrošni material sklepa za obdobje 2 let, ker bo v tem obdobju uvedel nove metode in organizacijo dela. Po tem obdobju bo izvedel novo javno naročilo za potrošni material z okvirnimi količinami, ki jih v tem trenutku (pred uvedbo novih metod) še ne more določiti. Pogodba za pogranacijsko vzdrževanje po načelu »all inclusive« se sklepa za obdobje 5 let po poteku garancijske dobe. Pred iztekom garancijske dobe opreme bo naročnik z izbranim ponudnikom sklenil pogodbo za pogarancijsko vzdrževanje opreme za navedeno obdobje.
