Oprema, ki jo ponudnik ponuja, mora imeti enake ali boljše tehnične lastnosti, kot so podane v tehničnih zahtevah te razpisne dokumentacije. Izbrani ponudnik mora zagotoviti tudi najmanj 24 mesečni garancijski rok za kupljen, dobavljen in konfiguriran AI strežniški sistem za lokalni LLM. Predmet naročila je tudi opcijsko podaljšanje garancije na 5 let.
