Purchase of electrical energy for the period from 1. 1. 2027 to 31. 12. 2028

The subject of the public procurement is the physical supply of electricity at individual voltage levels from the power grid to the Contracting Authority's consumption points and to the power grid at handover points at a price set by the Contracting Authority according to Art. 4.3.1 of the framework agreement, the amount of which is not subject to evaluation, ensuring access to the transmission and distribution system and ensuring transmission, distribution or other system services, including the transfer of responsibility for deviation to the supplier according to the Energy Act and other implementing decrees to this Act as amended. Based on phased purchasing, the contracting authority is entitled to issue purchase orders for at least 50% of the estimated quantity of the commodity by December 15th of the year preceding the electricity supply year. In the event that a purchase order is not placed for 100% of the electricity quantity for the given supply period, Annex No. 8 of the tender documentation specifies the procedure for the Supplier to purchase the remaining unpurchased quantity on the daily electricity market operated by OTE and available at ote-cr.cz and traded on the OTE market in the relevant year and period for which the Contracting Authority has not placed an order. The estimated total quantity of electricity supply represents a value of 8,400,462 MWh, of which (a) annually 3,396,635 MWh is for bundled electricity supply services at the LV voltage level (total 6,793,27 MWh) and (b) annually 803,596 MWh is for bundled electricity supply services at the HV voltage level (total 1,607,192 MWh).
