Naročilo vključuje: • 15 (petnajst) novih MPVPN s konvencionalno pogonsko zasnovo, od katerih morajo tri MPVPN omogočati montažo snežnih odmetalnikov, ki bodo združljivi s ponujenim MPVPN in morajo biti dobavljeni skupaj z MPVPN. • pridobitev obratovalnega dovoljenja (dovoljenje za dajanje na trg) za uporabo na javni železniški infrastrukturi (JŽI) v Republiki Sloveniji, • šolanje naročnikovega osebja za upravljanje in šolanje osebja SŽ-VIT za vzdrževanje MPVPN, • izvajanje kontrolnih pregledov po ECM ter kontrolne preglede in servise vseh ostalih sklopov MPVPN po navodilih proizvajalca (v nadaljevanju: redno vzdrževanje) v obdobju 36 mesecev od prevzema v redno obratovanje.
