Podroben opis predmeta javnega naročila je razviden iz točke V. razpisne dokumentacije. Ponujena vozila morajo izpolnjevati vse obvezne minimalne tehnične zahteve, ki so navedene v tehnični specifikaciji predmeta javnega naročila. Predmetno javno naročilo je sofinancirano z nepovratnimi sredstvi iz Sklada za podnebne spremembe.
