Original language: csPředmětem této veřejné zakázky malého rozsahu (dále též „VZMR“) je dodávka materiálu, kterým se pro účely této VZMR rozumí Nákup potravinářských obalů, vše podrobně specifikováno v zadání této VZMR a v návrhu kupní smlouvy (soubor „20260516_N_153500_Navrh_kupni_smlouvy“).
Dodávka materiálu musí být uchazečem realizována jako celek v souladu s podmínkami stanovenými v návrhu kupní smlouvy, který je součástí zadávacích podmínek. Návrh kupní smlouvy je součástí zadávacích podmínek - doplňte pouze požadované informace (v návrhu kupní smlouvy jsou požadované údaje podbarveny žlutě), jakékoliv jiné změny z vaší strany ve znění návrhu kupní smlouvy jsou důvodem k vyřazení vaší nabídky z hodnocení.
