Przedmiotowy odcinek autostrady zlokalizowany jest w województwie śląskim, w powiecie tarnogórskim i będzińskim, na terenie gminy Ożarowice i Bobrowniki, przebiega przez miejscowości: Ożarowice, Celiny i Sączów. Zadanie będzie realizowane w systemie „Buduj”.
