Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa 8 sztuk fabrycznie nowych autobusów elektrycznych (Battery Electric Vehicle – BEV), komunikacji miejskiej, niskopodłogowych oraz dostawa, montaż i uruchomienie 8 sztuk ładowarek mobilnych umożliwiających ładowanie magazynów energii w dostarczonych autobusach elektrycznych, szczegółowo opisanych w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, 2) przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla 32 wyznaczonych pracowników Operatora transportu publicznego z obsługi autobusów i infrastruktury do ładowania. Pod pojęciem „Operator transportu publicznego”, zwanego dalej „Operatorem”, rozumie się Miejską Komunikację Samochodową Sp. z o. o. w Krośnie; 3) dostarczenie dokumentacji; 4) przekazanie niezbędnych narzędzi, w tym urządzenia diagnostycznego wraz z niezbędnymi interfejsami i oprogramowaniem z licencjami, w ilości i w zakresie pozwalającym na swobodne korzystanie ze wszystkich funkcjonalności autobusów BEV; 5) udzielenie wewnętrznej autoryzacji serwisowania i obsługi autobusów BEV (ASO).
