Country: BangladeshDescription of the Assignment:Ā Ā Under the United Nations Development Programme-supported Local Government Initiative on Climate Change (LoGIC IP) Project, the Field Level Grants Monitoring Consultant is engaged to ensure systematic monitoring and oversight of climate adaptation grants implemented at the local level.
The position is responsible for assessing compliance with approved guidelines, fiduciary standards, and donor requirements, as well as verifying progress and utilization of funds.
The Consultant will provide technical support to the cooperatives formed by the Community Resilience Fund (CRF) beneficiaries of the project and community groups to strengthen accountability and transparency.
The role further contributes to timely reporting, financial documentation, and evidence generation to inform project management and strategic decision-makingPeriod of assignment/services: 90 working days over 06 months from June 2026 to November 2026Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
